Melatonin helps to alleviate subjective feeling of sudden time zone change syndrome and beneficial effect is obtained when 0,5 mg is consumed shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for several days after arrival at the destination. In addition, the hormone helps to reduce time it takes to fall asleep and beneficial effect occurs if you consume 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
Suggested usage
Dissolve a single serving of the product 10 g (1.5 scoop) in 250 ml of water. Consume 30 minutes before bedtime.
