Glutaric acid is a product of the citric acid cycle, also known as the Krebs cycle, which is the final step in the metabolism of aerobic organisms, while L-arginine is a protein amino acid that is considered an essential substrate for the production of creatine and nitric oxide (NO). The combination of glutaric acid with arginine creates a compound with a synergistic effect that is often used by athletes as a pre-workout.

Suggested usage
Dissolve a single serving of the product 4.5 g (3/4 scoops) in 100-150 ml of water or juice in a shaker. Take one serving 30 min before the training.
